Damage Assessment
The vehicle is carefully examined to determine the full extent of the damage.
Estimate
A carefully calculated estimate is provided to return the vehicle to its condition prior to damage.
Client Approval
Once our estimate is approved we can commence work providing we have received instructions to proceed.
Parts Ordering
Any replacement parts required are ordered.
Stripping down
Damaged parts are removed from the vehicle for assessment/repair.
***AT THIS POINT***
We can normally provide a specific time and date for completion.
Repairs And Paintwork
Damaged parts are repaired and paintwork applied to appropriately prepared components.
Re-fitting
Completed and replacement parts are fitted to the vehicle.
Presentation & Settlement
Arrangements for the vehicle to be collected or delivered are finalised together with settlement of any outstanding balances.
