Insurance Repairs

Our friendly and helpful team of staff will be happy to assist you in any way we can. Feel free to bring your documents into the office and we will guide you through reporting a claim and will then handle the rest of the process for you.

We are a Honda, Nissan and Mitsubishi approved bodyshop. We are not approved by any insurance companies but you will still receive a very high level of service. Ross Packard's guarantees any paintwork for life and we have a fleet of new Honda loan cars available to customers having body work done to their vehicle. Please state whether you require a loan car from us when booking in your car.

Remember - you have the legal right to INSIST that your vehicle is only repaired at the bodyshop of YOUR choice.
